Chemical scrubbing towers use the contact between the gas and the liquid to transfer the pollutants in the gas to the liquid, then separate the clean gas from the contaminated liquid to purify the air. The exhaust gas is processed through the filling type scrubber, which is treated by air - liquid reverse absorption, that is, the liquid is poured down from the top of the tower with a spray of mist (or small droplets). The exhaust gas is from the tower body (reverse flow) to the gas liquid to connect the chemical washing tower. This treatment can cool the exhaust gas, remove particles and purify the gas, and then after the removal of fog, it is discharged into the atmosphere.

Packing: it is the key factors influencing the treatment effect, under the condition of different operating conditions (surface load, total ratio surface area, etc.), using different materials, in the form of filling material to meet the requirements of a good contact with gas and liquid.
Spray system: according to different packing form and exhaust characteristics, different flow, pressure, diffusion range of nozzle, water pump and pipeline synthesis system are selected.
Defoaming device: the main function is to intercept the water mist carried by the gas after cleaning, there are different forms to choose from.
Chemical washing tower is mainly to the opposite direction of liquid or gas into the packed bed, gas distribution board, will average distribution of the gas in the spherical raschig ring, each point contact, stuffed with increased contact surface area, in order to remove the particles in the gas and liquid absorption of harmful gases. It is widely used in the treatment of acid waste gas purification and noxious gas. The washing tower is divided into vertical scrubbing tower and horizontal scrubber tower.
